WordPress (including WooCommerce) as standard; TYPO3, Joomla, Shopware and custom builds after review. Partner price from €40 per website per month, additional work and development €80 per hour, €75 per hour from 100 hours per month (all prices excl. VAT), one consolidated monthly invoice. Updates

Core, plugins and themes are updated with care - not blindly via auto-update, but with a check afterwards.

Backups

Regular automatic backups, stored off-site, so a website can be restored if something goes wrong.

Security

Hardening, checks for known vulnerabilities and fast action if something does happen.

Monitoring

Uptime and certificates are monitored automatically. If a site goes down, we are the first to know.

Small changes

Swapping texts, setting up a plugin, adjusting a form: the small things your client needs in between.

Monthly report in your design

Your client receives a report with your logo and your colours. They will not read a word about us.

    Getting to know each other

    A short call: how many websites, which systems, how does your agency work? Afterwards both sides know whether it is a fit.

    Onboarding review

    We review every website before taking it over and tell you openly what state it is in.

    Agree on report and communication

    We set up the monthly report in your design and agree whether we communicate with your client not at all, under your name or only through you.

    Ongoing maintenance

    From then on, updates, backups and monitoring run. Once a month you receive one consolidated invoice for all websites.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my client find out that you do the maintenance?
Only if you want them to. Reports appear in your design and under your name; we do not present ourselves to your clients as Bußmann IT and we do not poach your clients. On request, we put this in writing in a confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement.
Which systems do you support?
We take on WordPress (including WooCommerce) as standard. TYPO3, Joomla, Shopware and custom-built websites after a prior review.
How quickly do you respond?
We handle requests on business days, usually within one business day. Outages and security issues take priority over everything else. We deliberately do not offer 24/7 on-call service - instead, you always talk to the same person who knows your websites.
How are backups and liability handled?
Backups run automatically and are stored off-site so a website can be restored if something goes wrong. The details of scope, liability and data processing under the GDPR are set out in a written partner agreement.
How is billing handled?
You receive one consolidated monthly invoice for all websites we look after, including any additional work at €80 per hour excl. VAT, or €75 per hour from 100 hours per month. What you charge your clients is up to you.
Who holds the access credentials?
You do. We get the access we need for maintenance, and you keep full control over hosting, domains and admin accounts at all times.
