What we check in your vibe-coded app
A code and configuration review by an experienced developer - focused on the mistakes that are typical of quickly built apps.
Exposed keys and secrets
API keys, tokens and passwords that end up in the frontend, the repository or config files - one of the most common mistakes in quickly built apps.
Database rules and permissions
Can each user only see their own data? We review access rules (e.g. row-level security in the database), roles and server-side checks.
Dependencies
Outdated or insecure packages, unnecessary libraries, licensing questions. What needs updating, what can go?
Tests
Are there tests, and do they check the right things? Where are they missing in critical places such as login, payment or data changes?
Deployment and operations
Hosting, environment variables, backups, logging, error monitoring. Will the app keep running when more users arrive?
Maintainability
Can a developer understand the code and build on it? Structure, duplication, dead code and the biggest problem areas.
To be honest: The app check is a review of code and configuration, not a penetration test. It uncovers the most common and most dangerous mistakes - but no review can guarantee that an app is free of security vulnerabilities.
